This is one of those debates students hear all the time.

“Get a high GPA.”

“Forget GPA. Learn skills.”

But maybe the real answer isn't choosing one.

📊 GPA can show that you can learn, stay consistent, meet deadlines, and perform academically.

🛠️ Skills show what you can actually do with what you've learned.

You can have a 4.0 GPA and still struggle to build something outside the classroom.

You can also have amazing practical skills but struggle to get your foot in the door because your academic record doesn't reflect your potential.

The interesting part?

So instead of asking:

❌ “Should I focus on GPA or skills?”

Maybe ask:

👉 “How can I graduate with both?”

Because your transcript tells part of your story.
