How to Check Your FAB Ratibi Balance Online, ATM & Phone (2026 Guide)

What is a Ratibi card anyway?

It’s FAB’s prepaid salary card for workers paid up to AED 5,000 a month. Your employer loads the money through the Wages Protection System. You can withdraw at ATMs, pay in shops, or use it online. No minimum balance and no monthly fees. It also comes with free accident cover (up to five times monthly salary, max AED 25,000), a small daily hospital cash benefit, and limited repatriation help. Your employer has to issue it—you can’t apply on your own. If your salary later goes above the limit, you normally switch to a regular account.

Insert the card at any FAB machine, enter your PIN, and choose Balance Inquiry. You can print a mini statement too. No internet needed. Cover the keypad and check the slot before you insert.

Some Ratibi cards show limited info in the regular FAB Mobile App. Payit usually works better for these cards. Download it, register with your UAE number, link the card, and the balance plus recent transactions appear on the dashboard. Something’s wrong with the number?
