By creating an account or using SFEERZE you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

SFEERZE is a social freelancer marketplace. You can create a profile, share work on the feed, message other users, offer or book paid expert calls by the minute, and post or apply to fixed-price jobs with wallet escrow.

We connect people and facilitate payments through third-party providers (for example, Stripe). We do not guarantee outcomes of interactions, availability of other users, or the quality of services offered by users.

You are responsible for the content you publish — including posts, messages, proposals, and profile information — and must not post illegal, harmful, or infringing material.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our policies. Intellectual property remains with its owners; by posting content you grant SFEERZE a license to host, display, and use it to operate the service.

Fees, billing, refunds, escrow release, and payouts are governed by these Terms, any payments policy we publish, and the payment provider’s own terms.

Payments and payouts are processed by third-party providers. Availability can vary by country. You are responsible for confirming the provider works where you live and for any taxes that apply to your activity.

Be honest in your profile. Treat others respectfully. Do not impersonate anyone or misuse another person’s payment method.

If you accept paid calls or jobs, you are responsible for fulfilling them — including accurate availability, pricing, and delivery. Report abuse or policy violations to us. Use the platform at your own risk and verify suitability before hiring someone.

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes we will provide notice (by email or in-app). Continued use after notice means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using SFEERZE and close your account.
